Susan Charlton has a strong background in sales and marketing.  She won many awards for excellence in sales during her career with Australia’s premier telecommunications company.  As a motivator of Queensland’s highest achieving sales force, her drive and enthusiasm contributed to outstanding results across the region.  Susan holds a Bachelor of Communication with majors in Marketing and Writing and a Bachelor of Arts with first class honours from Griffith University.

Susan has edited two quarterly publications, developed corporate communications for the internet and analyzed the features a website needs to succeed online.
