These last few weeks I’ve been fortunate indeed to spend time with Arbonne Executive Regional Vice President, Debbie Loughnane.  Debbie was one of the very first Arbonne consultants in Australia.

Less than three years ago Christy Dreilling, US-based Executive National Vice-President with Arbonne contacted Deb, who was then an Image Consultant, and showed her the benefits of building an Arbonne business.  Deb immediately saw the big picture and seized the opportunity.

But it wasn’t easy.  After Christy’s initial visit to launch Deb’s business, Deb struggled to find her way, as she set up her own systems to teach her team, organized and conducted team trainings and pretty much flew blind.  Incredibly, she managed to duplicate Christy’s success, earning comparable monthly cheques and being the first Regional Vice-President in Australia to be presented with her white Mercedes –  all in less than 12-months!

And, most impressively, she managed to grow into the leader she needed to become to be equipped to help others do the same. She succeeded in spite of seemingly insurmountable obstacles.  The image that comes to mind is forging a pathway through the Amazon jungle with a machete.  But forge a path, she did, pioneering the way for those who followed.

Now Deb has the strongest team in Australia, attracting beautiful women (and amazing men) with big hearts whose focus is on helping others achieve the same success that she now has.  Oh – almost forgot to mention –  who are creating massive organizations with mind-blowing multiple streams of income.

What has impressed me so much about Debbie’s amazing team is this – everyone expects and achieves success.  At the end of the month when there are targets to reach in order to progress to the next level, all teams get behind their leaders to lift them up.  Support goes both ways in Deb’s organization.  And she is a shining example of self-less leadership, taking all those who are prepared to do the work on a journey to become the best they can be.
